How do I stay motivated to eat right?

I have been eating unhealthy and gaining weight im 5"8 and almost 170 pounds and I used to be 150 i wasnt skinny then but i can see on my body I have been gaining weight and I have started running everyday and I try to eat right but for somw reason Im so used to eating unhealthy I just likw forget how do i remind myself not to eat bad things and stay motivated :/
