Does the green coffee diet work?

Lately I have put on a few pounds and trying everything to lose it. I was wondering to see if anyone has tried the green coffee diet. I've done my research and I don't know where to believe it or not. If you have did you use the colon cleanser with it as well? What would you suggest?

  • Hello Robin… Besides of healthy diet and nutrition it would be good to take green coffee. Only green coffee diet not at all healthy it may leads to some other health issues. If you are facing constipation issues, it would be fine to approach colon cleansing. Taking healthy nutrition food and participating sufficient amount of time in exercises are always good for weight loss as well as colon health.
