How to Lose Weight Without Counting Calories

Recommended Answer:

109 is TINY. I'm not sure what your height or age is, but trust me - people all over the world would love to weigh 109.The key question here is, are you healthy? It sounds like you're doing a good job with your calorie count/intake, and exercising. Be sure not to do too much of both in excess- try to enjoy life and have cheat days every now and again. :)If you watch what you eat and exercise, maintaining or losing weight can be done. It's a lifestyle. Good luck!

Other Answers:

  • Yes but more important than the calories is the foods you eat, I would recommend you get on a good meal plan to help you lose weight and gain muscle such as this one http://www.themusclemaximizer.com/freeinfo.php?hop=marcale
  • How many calories did you eat before ? 3500 calories make a pound if fat, so if you ate that many less calories in a week, you would lose one pound that week. If you watch carbs/fats you will have better results , not all 0 calorie things are good for you.
  • Sure, 1,200 calories is awesome if your like 10 years old, and 109 pounds is awesome if your 13 or 14 years old, depending on your height.
