Look's like you have the exercise down.Now you gotta fix your diet. People can exercise all the ways they want, but varely lose any fat..is because.. of your dietAvoid Carbs: Rice,pasta, bread.... those are big NO's. Eat more veggies/fruits.... for snacks, with EVERY meals (applies to veggies)No Fried, Oily...kind of obvious, yea?No JUNK D:Lots of water throughout the day. I start off trying to drink 2 water balls through the day, and then go up to a gallon. Water will make you full so you won't eat as muchTypical Day for me: Mornings: White eggs (poached), tomatoes on the side. Almond Skim Milk2-3 Hours Later: Unsalted Nuts or FruitsLunch: Chicken Salad (Chipotle, I get it free cuz i work there), no sauce2-3hours later: salted nuts/fruitsDinner:Chicken/Fish with spinach,carrots,whatever veggies you can finddrink water whenever you remember (i set an alarm every 1 hour)Can lose 5 lb a weekish if you follow this diet...Bad thing is..if you break it, you can gain back 2-3 lb in one day..
