How do I work out when I have no energy?

I am 18 and I am 6 foot. I have no idea how much I weigh but over the past year I have gained probably 20-25 pounds. When I was younger, like 14/15 I would gain weight and without a problem lose it. Now after school and working I am so exhausted I just want to go home and sleep. How do I work out and lose weight if I am so tired?

  • You have lost muscle, that's why it is harder to lose weight. Since you are so tired, perhaps you can stay healthy and/or lose weight by dieting. Eat meat, vegetables and fruits. Grains (whole or not) and sugar should be eaten in moderation.

There are things that can cause exhaustion and lack of energy like: depression, lack of iron, lack of vitamin d, (etc, other nutrient deficiencies), not eating enough/eating too much.   • honestly their are some great legal pre workouts out their that have natural things found in everyday foods and stuff that will give you tuns of energy when i get home from work and haven't finished or started my day's workout i use c4 pre workout stuff just put a scoop in a bottle of water drink that 15 to 20 mins later i do most of my workouts at once like my 100 push ups for the day but then i slack and only do 50 of my 100 pullups for the day cause i dont wana drink another 1 and depend on them to work out all the time but it gives you some serious energy kinda like coke would but no crash and heart risks and holes in your nose scary stuff

How to gain weight within not to much time?

I would kill to gain some weight, I just don't know how to start!I weigh 132 pounds and I am 5 feet 9 inches tall.In 4 months I'll turn 18.I try to eat as much as possible, alot of fat and snacks.I never skip breakfast, I always eat lunch and dinner so 3 times a day and in between snacks.Also I regularly drink soda and water, it depends. For many years I've tried it. Also I think that my Metabolism is quite fast. How many calories should I take. I almost eat everything. But I'm not a super big bread fan.ThanksFor breakfast I have grains with yoghurt.For lunch usually something with buns or eggsFor dinner we usually have veggies, no unhealthy stuff.

Working out can help you in the process of gaining weight and turning that weight into muscle instead of just packing on all fat. If you have the extra money too spare you can look into mass gainers.. They're a work out supplement that is not unlike a protein shake, but just in addition they are packed with nutrients and calories.. Essentially they're just a substitute for eating which is why a lot of them are brand marketed as meal replacements.. They're a borderline waste of money since you can just eat more instead of them, but if you wanna get them then trust me they work.. I've bought them a couple times when i am trying to bulk up fast..The two brands i like if i were to buy them are "bsn true mass" and "serious mass"In all seriousness though.. just find what works for you like for calorie wise.. When i'm putting on weight, i aim for 6000 calories a day.. but i'm a big guy (6'4) with a very high metabolism as well, but that should be your first main priority.

Hi, I'm a sophomore. I am about 5'6" and between 117-120 lbs. I know this isn't overweight but I really just hate how fat feels and looks on me. I'm between a B-C cup, which I hate. I'm a dancer and it really gets in the way. I'm at dance 6 days, 20 hrs a week. Should I exercise more to burn off the fat? I don't eat particularly healthy so any suggestions for eating? My twin brother sometimes teases me that I am fat, and I don't want to be. I just really want to feel better because the feeling of fat on my body is repulsive and I hate every second of it.

I weighed myself and I am 140 lbs. I am a 14 year old , a size 8-10 on the bottom and a size 6-8 on top.
