14 and need to lose belly fat/weight ?!?!?!? HELP !!!?

in 14 and i really want to lose weight and eventually become really fit but I don't know where to start. First off, my diet is really inconsistent, some days I don't eat for half the day and when I do, its not the healthiest food. And I have no control over the food my parents buy so its really hard to have a maintained diet. Secondly, what are some workouts I can do to lose my belly "chubbs" and weight ? Also, I'm not overweight id say I look average but I am chubby in some places :( I am 5'1 1/2 and weigh anywhere between 124-130 lbs (varying on the scale) what should I do to get and maintain a "tight" no jiggle body ? And how long (estimated of course) will it take to start seeing results ? And at the end of the month I'm playing volleyball for my school so will this help ???Ps. I have good cardio-respitory endurance

You can't target you stomach for weight loss. You just have to lose weight and your body will decide when to remove fat from your stomach. Try to eat consistently 3 times a day, don't skip breakfast! Also try to pick healthy options when you can. I know you can't dictate what your parents make you, but if they make something really bad, just have a small portion to help keep those calories down. If you have a good cardio system then you should definitely be trying to include intense exercise to help shift the weight. Running is definitely the golden sport for helping shift weight. I reckon these little changes will help you see difference in 4 weeks. However, you will feel better about yourself straight away. And yes of course it will help with volleyball.
