Iv been trying to lose weight and Iv lost 12 pounds so far by..- waking up at 7 and running for an hour- eating less chocolate/candy- getting the right amount of sleep- not sit around or eat when I am bored- take dogs for more walks It could also just be a phase where you are a little bigger then you would like but your body will slim up soon.I hope you get the body you want :) Good Luck!!Other Answers:
- Hey. You're not the first person with this goal you now. Besides probably some 500.000+ people here on YA ( ;) ), you seem to know that it wouldn't be healthy. You have a young, developing body that if you put too much stress on it can cause serious damage. There are zillions way for loosing weight and some will definetely work for you. Im just gonna give if a few things, nothing extreme, because that way u'd have more to loose than to gain, trust me.- cut on calories (read labels, if it's high in sugar and/or fat.. it will probably make you fat. except good fats! like in avocados and nuts)- move more. dont take that elevator ride, take stairs instead. go to the mall by foot.- introduce more fruits & veggies into your diet- drink plenty of water! if you feel thirst it's already late! - get enough sleep- take some basic suplements, these WILL NOT do wonders and don't even go there because you will get dissapointed. BUT some fat burning pills that increase metabolism can slightly make the weight loss faster.
- your perfectly healthy and you don't need to loose 10 lbs.
