How to Lose Weight Gain Muscle
Recommended Answer:
You need to rethink how you're approaching this. Calories. What are calories? Calories give use energy. Calories are broken down to carbs, proteins and fats. Throughout the day, your body burns calories. If you were to lay in bed, doing nothing, you'd burn calories. You burn a good amount of calories when you sleep too. So, why am I even telling you this? Because you probably burned more calories doing nothing than working out. To lose weight, its simply a matter of calories in vs. calories out. To lose weight, it's really all about eating less. That's more effective than working out, oddly, but it's just as important because exercise burns the fat. Truth is, when you're trying to lose weight or get in shape, is a result of good dieting. Exercise is more about controlling your weight. Look into interminent fasting. Your body gets fat when you have too much insulin. So control your sugar intake. Eat less than 20g of sugar a day.Also. This is important. Very important. Change your habits every 3 to 4 weeks. Mix up what you're doing, if you don't you'll body adapt an you'll hit a plateau. If you need help, instant message me. I know a lot about this. Cheers.Other Answers:
