Lose weight needs before school starts.. more than 3 answers please! !!!?

Ok so I need to lose 20 pounds before the 25 of August! !! Can anyone help me? Or even just the love handles? ?? Im already on a diet. So no diey stuff. And home remedies or drink ideas? Or workouts? Lose like 3 or more pounds a week?? This is really important to me! I have a dress fitting phootshoot and stuff like that and im sick of being fat please help I beg you. Im also signing up for miss mhs at my school and no one is going to vote for a fat girl help me!! With anything you know will work please! !!

Drink plenty of water and DO NOT starve yourself that just makes it worse and you won't loose weight as fast. Eat 3 times a day but really healthy and small portions so you have something in your stomach. Other than that just go running for an hour or two, something to get you sweating and burn calories. Also do exercises in the abdomen area like curl ups, sit ups etc. I recommend getting a sauna suit (look it up if you don't know) that will make you sweat a lot and you lose weight fast.   • Honestly that is a steep goal for one month but you need to start working out like crazy then. There are no home remedies or drinks that can make that happen. I would start running daily and then if possible begin lifting weights. Weightlifting is underrated as a fat burner and actually burns calories even after workouts. Supplements I would consider taking might be green tea extract it could boost your metabolism. As for drink ideas stick to water and only water!
  • Whenever you feel hungry, ask yourself, " am I REALLY hungry?" Then if you are actually hungry you will be able to eat a healthy item like carrots or an apple. If you aren't willing to eat that then it is JUST a craving! Also whenever you are hungry drink LOTS and LOTS of water and if you are still feeling hungry then eat. My friend found something that helped encourage us to lose weight. Type in "fitsperation" on google images and save them to your phone or computer.
