I need help on weight loss and gyno please?

Well to begin with I'm 14 years old, I am overweight and I have gynocomastia. If you were to see a picture of me well you would thing that I'm just a decent sized teen with a normal belly. Well I am about 175 ish and I hide my gyno with the compression shirts for about just a little under a year. I HATE it soooooo much!!!!! The gyno and the shirts that I wear to prevent it from being noticed. I also live in Florida which makes it worse. I can't go to the pool, waterparks or even the cruise that my family was planning to go on in the bahamas because I'm afraid to take off my shirt. I really need to lose weight. I workout at a gym but I always everyday tell myself that I will eat right and I will lose weight and get skinny before high schools starts. I have almost exactly a month till 9th grade starts and I cant go in looking like this and wearing these compression shirts. I am tired of hiding myself behind these shirts. i always try to make this problem my motivation toward eating healthy and everything but it never works. I just need a motivation, a eating plan, healthy food ideas and exercise plan. I have pointy nipples but I also have fat around the nipples. I really need ways to help reduce the fat if possible the nipples. My stomach and breasts are the only areas in fat in. Not my face, arms, legs and I dont have a double chin or fat fingers.
