How to get down from 230 to 200 in one month?

I'm 20 years old5'11230 pounds24 percent body fatI'm headed of the basic training for the us army October 7th. And want to be down to 200 before I leave. So it will be a little easier. I need a a diet plan and a workout plan that is going to work with fast results. Thanks in advance.
