I just finished my second ride for the day. 40 mins is 10 miles for me and about 300 calories burned. my job is 5 miles away too and I sometimes ride my bike to work and back which is my 40min ride for the day too.just keep riding and you'll lose weight. do more if you feel like it and you'll just speed up your weight loss.
