Can I lose weight while eating everything I want?

Okay so today I ate:-A tortilla with eggs and ham.-A Mango-A tostada with imitation crab meat salad (it's called jaiva)-6 Saltine crackers-3 oreos :(-a handful of cheerios.AND basicly after the oreos I wanna give up I mean I can't stop thinking about french fries hot dogs takis hot cheetos lays pizza...I'm so hungry I have a headache. :(I'm a growing teen that's not overweight but I want to lose weight because I eat so bad aand the perfect weight for my age and height is 99 - 120 lbs or something and I'm 108 but I wanna be 100 and have a toned body I have belly fat.Can I just do extreme exercising?I want my fast food. :(

You can eat what you want. Just limit fast food to once a week or once every other week, and just try to eat smart in general (don't over-do it with the butter on toast/bread, and those sorts of things). Try to have bigger, more healthy meals though. You are right though you are the perfect weight so if you don't lose weight don't kick yourself about it. You know you cant lose weight without exercising or you will rebound your weight and gain it all back after you stop dieting. Join weight watchers and exercise and you should be fine :) by the way don't starve yourself and stay hydrated if you have a headache you probably aren't eating enough...
