Would "INSANITY" workout help me lose weight quick. 17 yrs old,291lbs,5`9?

Im pretty athletic for my size but at this point it taking a toll on my bor and self esteem,and i would like to get around 180 quick.I have the money saved up so i can buy it and id like to know how well it work or some recomendations on how to lose weight quick,because ive never been thin and id like to be.Thanks!

You have over 100lbs to lose. That will never come off quick. 1-1.5 years for that weight loss is a realistic goal. For your height you should aim for an over all final weight of 150.
If you slow down and set small but realistic goals you will be more successful.

I think your money will be much better spent joining a gym. Insanity is very difficult, even for a very fit person who is of normal weight. The heavier you are the harder it is and there is always a risk of you not completing it because it''s too hard. A gym would be a better use of your money because you have far more options. You can swim, bike, do stairs, elliptical, run, do weights etc. Plus Insanity will get old after a while. You won''t want to do the same thing all the time long term. Remember to keep the results you have to keep up that level of activity for as long as you want the results. You can''t stop as soon as you get what you want.

    when you buy packaged food look at the labels, so they have no corn starch, or saturated fat in them and sugar as well.
    and exercise a lot ,and get more water.
