Is 4 months enough to see results from the gym?

I''m 20, I''m a girl, I weigh 135. I want to go down to my normal weight which was always 115. I will be going to the gym 4-5 times a week and staying there for 2 hours. 1 hour and 20 minutes doing cardio and the other 40 using those weight machines. And I will also be doing situps, crunches, and all that at home. I eat a healthy diet, no fast food, no junk food, no soda. I drink plenty of water. I want to be thinner by June. That''s when it gets really hot where I live and I want to have a nice body again for summer. So will 4 months be enough time for me to see changes and have a flatter stomach?
