How to get genuinely model skinny when you are athletic?

I am 15 and PLZ don''t say model skinny is unhealthy, because honestly, everyone knows that...But I really want to be model skinny.

I already work out and am on a 1200 cal. diet to lose my weight safely, as I could remove as much fat as I can, but how can I get model skinny? How can I convert my diet to that?

My appetite is growing, and I already have 2 huge muscles (my legs), and always working out, but then at the same time my appetite is increasing so It would mean =
Eating more + Working out MORE INTENSE = MAINTAINING WEIGHT. NOT what I''m aiming for, esp. When I SLACK OFF on my work out, I will automatically, hastily gain weight In a day.

You never hear models and their stomach growl.
Do models work out crazily or just work out not as super intense and starve ? What do they do??
My body is Skinny to my eyes because I always work out more than I consume, but when I pretend to complain to my friend that Im fat, she says "No, ur OK...Don''t worry, you''re not fat." , And I asked my mom if I was fat or average and she said "Yeah, ur average. You''re not skinny, and ur not fat.Don''t worry." Of course, parents dont want u to be skinny.

  • im 15 and had the same problem and this probably isnt what doctors and stuff would recommend but it worked; stop working out and just eat less
