DIET HELP!! How can I lose weight fast?

Im 16 & 5''3 and I have love handles and belly fat I recently started gaining weight this year for an unknown reason. I''m up to 130 and normally would have weighed 110-115. I want to lose 15-20 pounds in three months because we are going on a cruise this summer! Is it even possible to lose weight that quick for some one my age? And whats the best way to approach it? Also I began taking Dr. Oz''s green coffee bean diet beans a few days ago, could that help? If not, which pills do? Thanks in advance!!

Morgan….. Take pretty nutrition food with 1200-1500 calories per a day in 5 meals.
You can take mostly 30% of fats from your meals.
It would be well to take minimum 8 glasses of water in a day.
Consume more and more negative calorie foods.
Negative calorie foods are taking more calories actually what they had given.
Avoid junk food, fast food and fries.
Do cardio as much as you can.
Go for a walk or jogging 4-5 times in a week.
As you said you are taking green coffee, keep going on 2-3 times in a day.
Don’t ever try diet pill, it creeps you.

  • Well, start walking everywhere, and don''t eat as much, but make sure you have a least a full meal to keep your nutrients, also drink lots of water. Take a backpack full of stuff, make sure it weighs 10-15 pounds, or 5-10 pounds, it will help out
