Can someone help with a work out routine? thanks :) best answer!?

Hi :)
So I want to lose 20 pounds, maybe probably a little less. I''m not really to big, but I have fat hips and not a lot of belly. I was wondering if anyone knew of any good exercises to get rid of belly and hip fat? A lot of it may be water weight, rather then just fat. I am already eating proper and drinking plenty of water. But I need exercises, that I can do at home, as I just got my cast off from surgery and I cannot quite run yet :( so I need some exercises just for now. I am trying to do this in 3 months for my grad. I have weights to work my upper body that''s all. I don''t have one of those exercise balls, but I do have a gym membership so I have access to all of that stuff.
Thankyou for any help :)
Will give best answer :)

Lose Weight With Herbal Products

When it comes to losing weight, you cannot target any specific body part. The weight, no matter where it is coming from, will come off with cardio. Running, jogging, swimming, using the elliptical trainer, jump roping, etc...those will be the most in shedding fat. If you cannot run, I would suggest some jump roping or the elliptical trainer if you have access to one. Swimming at your local rec center or pool is great all around because it works your entire body.

Using exercise balls or doing weight training won''t help you lose weight. It will help you burn calories faster but only in conjunction with cardio exercises.

You''ll definitely want to go to the gym since you have membership. So just do any of the above that I mentioned. Cardio is most effective for weight loss when done with interval training.

Interval training can be done at your own pace at whatever you''re comfortable with. You set your own intervals. The only constants are: You should not do more than 20 min. of interval training per day, and you should not do interval training every day (do it every other day) because your body will get too used to it and the effect will not work anymore.

So here is my routine, as an example:
I like to jog/run so I do, for 20 minutes every other day, a 30 second run (as fast as I can handle) then a 1 minute walk. 30 second run, 1 minute walk, 30 second run, 1 minute walk, for 20 minutes. Then I cool down for 10 minutes with a slow-paced walk.

You can set an interval for yourself like a 1 minute run and a 2 minute walk. Just as long as your walk is longer than your run - and don''t let your walk be too long bc you don''t want your heart rate to drop too close to resting rate. Keep that heart rate up, but keep your run time less than your walk time per interval.

I''ve lost 25 lbs with this routine for the past year. Your diet is also important. I could lose more weight faster if I were more mindful of my diet...but if you eat healthy and keep a 1200-1500 calorie diet if you''re a woman (men, about 1900-2200 calories a day is good), you will lose the weight faster than I did. My average calorie intake per day is about 1700-1800 calories, I''m a woman, 5''4" so that''s a little much on my end.

Good luck!

  • Theres no spot fat loss or Specific toning exercise that works to reduce fat in one area.

If you want to loose fat (especiallt around your middle) you''ll need to cut out carbs and exercise hard to create a calorie deficit.

If you can''t run, swim. Swim daily + follow a ketogenic diet, the weight will drop off rapidly and you''d meet your goal within a month, providing you actually stick to this advise and diet and don''t give up.
  • well do lots of abb exercises lots of leg raises and keep your legs and torso off the ground and turn your torso left to right also look on youtube for abb exercises and you should do them about 5 days a week. :) good luck
