Anyone ever done weight watchers?

just signed up online yesterday for weight watchers. I have done it before and lost a few pounds but really need to get with it this time around would like to lose 78lbs or more. I am looking for input from others who have done it a what the trick was for you to make the pounds come off. Ay input is welcome.I plan on doing little bit of exersice on my own as well. Plus with my job on my feet moving all day.Thanks ahead of time.

I have done it and I lost a lot of weight by eating small meals at different times in the day instead of all at once, This speeds up your metabolism and helps you lose weight quicker! I also found that if I drank 2 liters of water a day I lost more weight. Another tip is choose foods that are lower in fat and sugar and also do not eat the same meals everyday as your body gets to use to it and you need a variety of food sources! Best of luck hun xxx :)
