Ok so I''m 13 years old girl and turning 14 in September. I''m about 90 pounds and 5 feet tall. I''m a black belt and I used to work out a lot almost everyday of the week. But since I moved, I haven''t been going to Tae Kwon Do in about a month. And I really haven''t been doing anything active or healthy. I noticed on my legs there''s like flub when I shake my legs and I really hate it. Is all the muscle I got going to turn into flub? When I start going back to Tae Kwon Do (maybe a month?), will I get that muscle back? Normal? Also, do I need to gain weight? People say I do, but I''m like NO, if anything I think I need to lose some lol. Am I perfect the way I am? Also, how to get taller? I feel like I am treated differently than everyone because I''m shorter in my family. I have a sister a year younger than me and we are almost like twins. Same height, weight, looks, everything. I want to look different than her? Tips on how? I know it''s a lot of random question lol sorry. Just pleaseee try to answer most of them lol. Again sorry!(:

U need warming up for any Martial art. U can do physical warming up by Jogging or fast walking or what u feel like say in the morning and Tae Kwon Do in the evening. Or 30 minute Jogging n follow by 1 hr Taekwondo Practice. Dont increase weight too much because your movement is going to be slow. Your height will increase upto the age 17. Dont worry about height.
