Start running/ walking. This may seem stupid and not a good motivator, but you would be surprised how peaceful going on a long, slow run through the woods or on a local track could be. Also get a membership at a gym or a YMCA. They have many programs such as Yoga, fitness classes, zumba, march madness, etc. Also, working out with other people will help you stay motivated, because I to find it hard to stay motivated when i work out alone.
