Should I lose weight?

My daughter is 4 months old.I''m trying to get back in shape.I eat healthy and workout a few times a week.My daily calorie intake is 1200. I do feel a little fat after having a baby.Should I lose weight or focus on toning? I''m in my late 20''s 5''6'''' 140 pounds if that makes a difference.
