If I eat this.. for 2 weeks, will it work in weight loss?

Ok, I have decided to go on a simple diet that I made up.
I eat an apple for breakfast, an egg (either boiled or cooked) and green tea for lunch and meat and vegetables and green tea (really small potion) for dinner. I drink lots of water and do yoga only for 1 hour. Every other day I walk around the block.
What I was wondering was if I will be able to loose weight. I am 13, 5" and 55kg. I was also wondering how much I would loose if I continued for 2 weeks?

You will lose weight alright, but you will lose muscle and water not fat. You should eat no less than 1200 calories. I ate like that before because of an eating disorder and I still have a high body fat because that kind of diet will put you in starvation mode (google it) If you badly need to lose weight, eat healthy. Cut down junk and fast sugars and do a circuit training that will burn about 500 calories in less than an hour.
