How to get through a 48-hour fast?

It''s technically 40 hours. From dinner on Friday night, to breakfast on Sunday morning. I made it to 22 hours last time I tried and want to fast for the whole day of Saturday.
I''m not doing this in an attempt to lose weight. I''m doing it because, from all the research I''ve done, its proven that fasting one day a week has health benefits.
Any tips to make it through the day? Thaaaank yoooou.

  • Fasting one day a week does not have any benefits! Maybe once of twice a year is good, but not as often as weekly! Where did you get that info?
  • It will only make you hungrier and eat more than normal. Don''t do it.
  • That awkward moment when I thought this had to do with easter and religion...
