How much weight will I lose if I only eat a little.?

How much weight would I be able to lose if I had half a cup of porridge for breakfast, an apple for lunch and then maybe a cupa soup for dinner. And I''ll be exercising in the morning aswell, and I drink plently and plently of cold water. I''m a girl and eighteen. Please don''t say this is silly, I want honest answers. Thank you xx

you can do that but itll take forever to lose weight, you have to eat more fruits and vegtables and protein to keep your metabolism going. your metabolism is the thing that make you lose weight and body fat. id say you will lose about a couple pounds a week
