How many calories in one of those big traffic light lollipops?10pts best answer?

I''m on a diet but have a jar of those quite big red traffic light lollipops from a traditional sweet shop. I want them to help with my quitting smoking and snacking, but don''t want then to compromise my diet completely. 10 points best answer!
Thanks

Hi Laura,

I think see a Dietitian first as these are full of

sugar that may affect you if you had

allergy or Diabetes ?

Congrats on the quit smoking, have you tried the

mini lozenges and patches together ?

Good Luck.

Best Wishes.

  • It''s 10 points for best answer for EVERY question.
Not just your question, but for EVERY open question on the board.
And just as you know it''s 10 points for best answer, so do we.
In fact saying 10 points for best answer just makes you look a bit pathetic. Sorry to be so direct with you, but that''s how it looks.

Many people gain weight after they stop smoking. Eating more sweets will make that worse. Eating sweets to help you stop snacking is crazy. Sweets are pure sugar.

Have you tried those electronic cigarettes? They''re supposed to be good for reducing the nicotine craving while you stop smoking. And there''s patches too that can reduce nicotine craving.

Many people chew gum to help them stop smoking. Gum isn''t without it''s own problems, but it does put a lot less calories into your system than sweets.
