How many calories do i eat?

I''m going on a diet, so yeah...
I usually eat raw carrots, Tomato, cereal, apple, oatmeal... and lots of water.
And I exercise around 2-3 hours.
Will my weight drop quickly? Please no mean comments :/
Oh and yeah, if you''re asking why I''m losing weight, it''s because I want my body to shrink, especially my breast, but yeah I''m not going to make my self anorexic or anything.

apples 60/75/90 cal depending on the size
raw carrot medium about 25, small 15, large 45 i think.
a medium size tomato is 20 calories large would be 40 and small about 10/15.
oatmeal there is 145 in a cup a bowl would average 2 cups about 290 cal.
cereals are varied depending on low fat cereals and sugar filled 1s about 250/300 low fat and 350/400 sugar filled both including milk.

total 450 cal lowest possible.865 cal highest possible.

nevertheless both results are in no way healthy for you. i dont suppose you have heard the fact of fat storing,basically when your body is in starvation mode,which eating less than the amount of 1500Cal''s will infuse. your body will begin to literally store fat because it thinks you are actually in trouble you are disparate and actually starving.this process will involve your actual longer weight average meaning, it will hold on to your fat cells literally making it longer to loss weight,also if begin to eat normal again you will actually gain weight as your body natural defences and precautions against starvation.eventually if you keep starving yourself you will lose weight but along will muscle tissues,teeth and hair which is not a nice process believe me my sister was anorexic/bulimic.

the best way to lose weight is 6 small meals of the total of 2000/1800 Cal''s intake.
this will increase your metabolism and will keep you from hunger longer.

you could try short term diets they work pretty well basically its a different diet every 1 or 2 weeks i would suggest google short term diets find out some more info.

also your exercise plan how have you even got the strength to type i would be totally knackered after 3 hours of exercise :). still exercise is good but if you are just beginning or not really use to exercise maybe lessen it to 1 hour / 1 hour 30 Min''s. im not sure you are just beginning or an exercise pro though but 3 hours of exercise for a beginer would be potentially dangerous.

also i forgot to mention there is no calories in water in fact will actually help you lose weigh SO the more water the better.

    what you said is good eat fish too, its not just about losing wieght its about being healthy
  • Do include some fish and meat your body still requires the protein and water is definitely a good start!:)
    Oh do include some carbohydrates,since you''re on a diet take the carbohydrates in the morning or the afternoon but not at night so that you can burn them off during the day and still be healthy. Because if you don''t include the carbohydrates your body is only losing the ''water mass''.
    Your current diet will make your weight drop quickly and gain quickly,adding the carbs back into your diet will ensure that ''permenant'' weight lost. But overtime the weight loss will become smaller and smaller so don''t give up alright:D
