no more soda just water. No more eating out, like pizza and burgers and fastfood. its okay to have a cheat day ofcourse your in highschool. Also running or walking around a track or just around town. Getting a gym membership would deffinetly help/ if not your highschool probably has one i would think and thats free. also try not eating french frys and other things like that. try vegetables. anything fried you should really stay away from.

You can always make time for exercise even if it''s only a quick work like 10 mins it still makes a difference then no exercise at all. Try doing a quick work out when you first wake up or something just try to make time :)
