How can I loose weight if I can''t exercise?

I''ve injured my back and I have been given a medical corset to wear for 3 months.
I am a rhythmic gymnast and I can''t train for this time. I have already put on quite a lot of weight over the last few months and I really want to loose 3kg.
I think that loosing this weight will take some of the pressure off my back and help me recover quicker

I''m in the middle of my A levels atm so I''m quite busy with school work and my dads recently lost his job so I am tight with money right now

Does anyone have any tip on how to loose weight without exercising?

Thanks in advance :)

How To Lose Weight Fast and Safely

Recommended Answer:
Eat some high fiber foods that are cheap and nutritious like potatoes, brown rice, beans, oatmeal, vegetables and fresh fruit. The fiber burns all the fat off your body. You don''t have to count calories. They are low calorie too and a great choice for weight loss, you can eat all you want.

Try potatoes with salsa, lemon/lime juice, salt and pepper or minestrone soup. Don''t add any fat to the super low calorie potato that is super cheap. Fat just goes on your body for storage. Chew each bite about 30 times and you will be satisfied for a super long time without needing to eat again. Some people have tried only eating potatoes for 6 months to a year, they were in excellent health. It''s a study you can read about here.http://www.nutribuff.com/inspiration/live-really-well-on-potatoes/

Drink only water, stay away from all of the sodas and milk and anything else. They can mess up your metabolism. Milk has a lot of fat and is really bad for your back. Check out this link about all the diseases that come with milk. www.notmilk.com. Get your calcium from beans, greens, vegetables. You will need to get some kind of exercise if you can so your bones and muscles don''t atrophy from non use.

If you feel like snacking try super low cal raw vegetables. They have fiber too and have hardly any calories. Crunch, crunch, crunch carrots, celery, cucumbers, cauliflower, sugar snap peas. They taste good too.

Avoid breads, pastas, flesh, desserts, pizza, hamburgers, ice cream, too much fat, too many calories, that you won''t be able to burn off. Cheap menu ideas are potatoes, beans, grains. Beans and rice can be the perfect meal too. http://www.nutribuff.com/bargain-beans/rice-and-beans-are-the-perfect-meal/ Have some for breakfast and chew really well and you probably won''t be hungry all day. You don''t need to eat as much when you are sedentary, let hunger be your guide. But, it''s nice to use the calories up during the day from a breakfast instead of a dinner that you sleep on. Try to have some other interests besides food like some good books, sudoku, word puzzles on your school break. Study hard.

You can have 1-2 fresh fruits a day to replace desires for dessert, but fruit has good sugar for your brain, back and organs, lots of nutrition and fiber too. Just buy whatever is on sale, check the ads for the killer deals.

Don''t go hungry to lose weight it will backfire and you''ll gain back a ton more. Good luck getting better with your back. Plant foods have sufficient protein, are healing and the animal foods are fattening and counterproductive to healing. Eat natural, nothing premade if you can help it. Get well soon and have fun losing the weight with the right type of eating.

  • Easy, you don''t need to excersise to lose weight, just limit your calories and portions. If you drop down to 1000-1500 calories a day, you will lose a couple of pounds a week.
  • I dont agree with the other guy, calorie counting can be tiresome. What you need to do is eat 3 healthy(sensible sized) meals a day and snack on fruit, veg, nuts etc. good luck :) x
  • I''m deeply depressed these days,

i cant eat or drink anything.

i''ve lost weight in the last 3 days. i havent been on a scale so i dont know how much, but its quite noticable
