how can a 13 year old girl lose weight?

My weight is 125 and I am 5 1. A lot of people say I don''t need to lose weight but . My mom and sister say I''m getting really fat. They r tiring to get me to do soccer but I don''t like soccer soooo
much and won''t do it and I cant find any sports I like. Any ways my sister is 5 4 and is 111 I hate how my mom always says ur to fat to wear that give it to your sister (she is older than me) i just really at least want to lose 10-20 pounds and I want to lose it by April.
