Can someone motivate me to lose weight?

I need to lose at the least 20 lbs by June 9th..
I was doing fine at first losing weight but I've been a little down..Any advice would help..Thanks

How to motivate yourself to lose weight.

1. Announce it to a bunch of people. Tell your family and friends
that you are going to lose N pounds a month. It helps, because,
others will expect you to change and will ask you about your
progress.
2. Make a bet. Either with another friend, who is trying to
lose weight, or with someone who does not. You will feel like
winning, and winning that (maybe not that large) sum of money.
3. Buy a cute outfit, the size you want to become, and try it
on every evening.
4. You will need to exercise to lose weight, so find an
activity that you really enjoy.
5. Combine your goals. Say, you joined a gym, or started using a
swimming pool, or joined a badminton
club - use the occasion to meet people of opposite gender and
socialize. This way, exercise will be more enjoyable.
6. Keep a track of your progress. Photograph yourself once a week,
weight yourself, put the data down and make it your weekly ritual.

    During the first seven days you must abstain from all alcohol
    You must drink 10 glasses of water each day

    Day One All fruits except bananas. Your first day will consist of all the fruits you want. It is strongly suggested that you consume lots of melons the first day. Especially watermelon and a loupe. If you limit your fruit consumption to melons, your chances of losing three lbs. on first day are very good.

    Day Two All vegetables. You are encouraged to eat until you are stuffed with all the raw or cooked vegetables of your choice. There is no limit on the amount or type.   • Hey heres what I did. I use an app called MyFitnessPal on my phone, most of my friends use it and it works really well. I kind of make it a game and I actually really enjoy eating well now. It records all of your nutritional details so I aim for healthier every day! It turns eating well into a game and I have fun trying to do better each day. Now my diets amazing and I have been loosing weight like crazy.

    Also I personally watch Rocky every once and a while just to pump me up.
  • Why do you need to lose weight? Because you sit in your a*s when you should be working out. Because you eat pizza when you should eat grilled chicken and rice. Because you don't read up enough on fitness. Because your friends always invite you to McDonalds. Because you think it's rude to decline. Because you drink soda instead of water. Because running on a treadmill is your idea of a workout. Because ice cream is your best friend. Because you don't give a sh1t. Because your friend's don't give a sh1t.     I could go on, but I think you get the picture. You need to identify, and then address the issues that caused to to put on weight in the first place. What will happen if you lose 20lbs by the 9th of June. Will you just revert back to being 20lbs heavier. Look at it as more of a marathon than a sprint. You want to have a body that you can maintain for the rest of your life.
