3 months of regular exercise and healthy eating to lose stomach pooch and tone up stomach area and still my stomach looks tge same. Im 5'8 and i weigh 110 pounds (dont judge) i dont want to lose weight i just want to get rid of the bellyfat (and no im not delusional, i have a belly pooch) 1. Im losing my mind 2. I want to see results 3. My calorie intake is never a lot 4. what the hell is wrong with my body?

2. Chances are its all in your mind- 110lbs is very light and I cannot imagine you hold a lot of fat.
3. Your belly was designed to store fat for energy, its not unnatural to be a bit 'podgy' in that region.
4. If you still desire to loose it, there is no such thing as spot fat removal, your body burns fat at different places at different body fat percentages. The belly is the last to go. You should carry on eating the same calories and see if in a few months it has gone because it could be loose skin.

  • Do a lot of crunches and you want to eat a lot of pasta to build up calories for muscle.
  • Switch exercises regularly. If you do the same exercises your bony will become used to it and you'll see no changes. Try core exercises one day and cardio the other.

    Eat more often. This sounds crazy, but if you eat 5 times a day, 3 hours apart, all veggies and water, your metabolism will speed up and you'll lose weight quicker.

    Try this and you'll see changes.
  • Maybe you need to tone up your excercising, like weight and rep wise. I also have trouble triming fat but if you eat right and continue excersing, over the year you will see results i'm certain.
  • try core training, running, anything... but let it last at least an hour and involve your stomach muscles. You cannot really exercise away fat from one part of your body, but you can strengthen a part of your body to make it look less fat and burn fat on your body
    Seeing results may take years. If you exercise your stomach with too much weight your muscles will break. It takes years of time and hundrets of hours. It is natural.
    But if you train your stomach, it will look less loose
