What should I eat in order to lose weight? (17 yr female)?

I'm 5 foot 3 and I weigh around 105 pounds (BMI of 18.6) but I'm not happy with my body and I want to lose excess fat.

Would you be able to give me a rough idea of how many calories I should consume each day if I want to lose a significant amount of weight in 3 weeks?

My daily exercises:

30 mins of walking.
45 mins of dancing (rather energetic)
30 squats
30 lunges
As many bicycle sit-ups as I can manage.

Given my daily exercises, how many calories should I look to be consuming in order to noticeably lose weight (several pounds) and tone up?

To reduce weight you have to restrict yourself form eating the following things Junk foods, Fast foods, Rice, Non-Veg items, Mango, Oily foods,Sweets, Potato. Another most important thing you have to restrict your self from eating after 5 pm. This means do not any thing after evening. You have to do exercise every day.

  • Fish, nuts, apples, olives, white chicken & water. You should be working out way more than that.
