The best three runners also run in both events, and they are all exceptional runners. I've got talent, but I also tend to have too much fat for the distances I run. While I am very muscular and strong, I usually feel very bulky until I get in shape. Even then, I run with a very powerful stride; I'm fast, but not necessarily "quick." I really want to get to my peak running weight so I can support my amazing team.

My trainer put me on a no-sugar diet and it has totally leaned me out. Basically Water, low glycemic vegetables, lean protein, nuts (no cashews), eggs and only wheat pasta or quinoa for carbs. No fruit, no dairy, no artificial sweeteners, and of course no candy, processed carbs
I cant help with stress eating, Im the worst, but I found after about 4 days of the no sugar eating, I wouldnt even be hungry even during stressful times. Eventually I added in back fruit and small amounts of dairy
- There are many ideas to do that. Many company's product are available there please choose a good one and get that. Do not forget to do physical exercise and sugarless diet.
