How to Lose weight fast!!?

I am 14 and have a beach party to go to next month I mean I'm not that fat to the point wear a bikini looks bad on me I just wanted to lose like 15 pounds to get that beach body in time for the party and I was wondering what I should eat for breakfast,lunch,and dinner and I don't really like vegetables is their any diet I can use or any other way to lose weight fast without medication.
