I'm not toned im just fat... my stomach sags & i have back fat & double chin.
I want to do it healthy way..
Please give me a diet i can follow for the rest of life
and that will make me lose 1 or 2 pounds a week..
My diet is just junk like today i had take away chips, 2 blocks of choclate & XL slurpee & heaps more
I did no excrise
Exercise plan forever: 1 hour walking a day..
1 min run then 1 walk then 30 second run then 30 second walk
bulding up every week..

- building muscle is better for you in the long run..
- Lock yourself to a threadmill so you can never escape. put it on maximum speed. place super slippery walls, so you can never ever stop running. If you get tired, and stop running, you are forced to run, because of your legs getting scraped off its skin by the threadmill if you stop running. Have a friend feed you four times a day, do this for a week, and i promisse you, you will get all better, though some pretty nasty feet, which will heal pretty quickly.
- OK...... first download an app on whichever phone u using which records your running time, distance, etc and you have to give yourself a target maybe 1km a day or any u like and jogging is the best way of losing fats im also fat but after jogs for few month i slim down and don't eat too much fatty stuff especially kfc and etc.....
- You should go and see your doctor and tell them, just remember losing weight isn't a quick fix but it seems you already know that :)
Ask your doctor about seeing a dietitian to set you up a good meal plan for you to lose weight, and try to get in 30-60 mins of cardio at least, like a jog and walk or something. As you're still pretty young you probably shouldn't go too hard with the exercise but if you get a good meal plan to follow it will work wonders in helping you lose weight ^-^
