Fast weight loss advice (for valentines day); or am I just crazy?

I'm a 20 year old girl. 5 feet and 3.5 inches tall. I currently weigh 103lbs. size 1 pants, SM shirts.

I eat a fairly low fat diet, vegetarian. I get adequate protein and fiber, take vitamins, etc. also make a point of doing at least 100 sit-ups, 20 push-ups, 25 squats, and 25-50 heel-raisers (on the stairs) a day. I hula hoop with a 2 lb. weighted hoop for about 1 hour, sometimes 1.5 hours, on average 3 times a week.

I don't know what else to do, but I have a dress that I want to wear on Valentines Day, and would like to be back down to 98 lbs by then. that way the dress fits properly.

it's my boyfriend and I's 4th valentines day together, and I really wanted to make it special, and I'd be so much more confident being able to fit in my new dress.

what more can I do to lose that last 5 lbs by the 14th?! please help! I'm slightly desperate! thanks for taking the time to read all that. :)

That is only 12 days from now. With your size, the MOST you are going to be able to lose in real body weight per week is 1-2 pounds. You could do some stupid water fast or starvation diet for a couple weeks, but you will just lose water weight -- nothing noticeable.

Instead, just eat super clean over the next two weeks so that you prevent bloating. I can't imagine those 5 pounds would make THAT big of a difference in the dress, but even if you could lose 1-3 pounds (more realistic), that would be better than nothing right? Just figure out your bmr, drop your intake. You should have around 1200-1400 calories a day probably.
