How to Get Motivated to Lose Weight

Recommended Answer:

I had the same concern couple years ago, My doctor recommend that I needed to lose some weight if before considering to have a baby, so I did what everyone would do, going to the gym eating healthy and of course diet supplements. I know its hard to find a family doctor that actually recommend a certain diet pills but my doctor did, he told me to add this product to my healthy diet and work out. I'll be honest that on my first month I lost very minimal only on my second month that I started to lose some pounds. Like my family doctor I definitely recommend this product, again unless you add exercise and healthy diet it might take you a while to get to your goal.

  • Triphala Premium has made my life so much better. I look better and the best part is that I feel much better. Everyone has complimented me on my new figure and my new attitude. This product is safe, easy to take and is the most effective weight loss supplement I have ever tried.
  • Triphala Premium really works for me.I just heard about it and the thing that caught my attention is the name of the product itself, so i tried it and it was successful. I lost 6 pounds for 5 days. I do not need to lose a lot of weight and what concerns me is my cholesterol. After 2 weeks of taking this supplement i went to my doctor and we were both shocked that my high cholesterol problem for years became normal. I am still taking triphala and i will about to call them next week to order more bottles at good price. You might want to try this new product and i am pretty sure that you will lose and will have a baby soon. Good Luck!

Must someone have a SUCCESS story before educating about health/diet/fitness?

I research natural health/therapies, raw veganism, etc. I am also struggling with a battle with unhealthy food cravings, withdrawals, etc. My twin sister always cries to me about her health problems & asks for advice, which she never takes. I am in transition. I slip up with hamburgers, ice cream, etc., but then I revert back to raw vegan living.I've read a lot of websites, some books & a lot of documentaries. I may not have a success story NOW, but I refer her to works of people who DO, &she bashed me for feeling depressed & eating 4 hamburgers 1 night, even though I told her that I got back up on my feet the next day.She told me that fluoride, aspartame, chemtrails, GMO's, etc. haven't killed her yet, so she doesn't care. She also said she will NEVER quit smoking. She's only interested in weight loss & not detoxing. She asks for advices, doesn't listen & then tells me that I'm FORCING my beliefs on her when I tell her that she brought the wrong product, when she might say, "Is this the right coconut oil?"Then, she just told me last night that she has to get surgery for something benign on her ovaries. -_-I don't try to preach to her. She asks which is the right product, I tell her, & then she gets the wrong kind, & asks me if it's right, & I tell her no, then she gets angry.

How to Fast to Lose Weight

1. No, you don't need to have a success story to inspire others. But being very confident in what you're doing will only happen after you've achieved your goals. That confidence will be more inspiring to others than anything you could say before, even if you pepper your comments with footnotes to research. 2. Your sister needs to learn to stand on her own two feet. From now on, whatever she says, do not say yes it's good or no it's not good, send her to a website or give her a book to read so she can discover it for herself. In short, teach your sister to fish, stop handing her fishes. Just say you don't know for sure, but probably it's in this book, or maybe she can check this website... you're too busy right now to research it. 3. If hamburgers and ice cream are your achilles heel, then your fats aren't right... look up essential fatty acid on google and keep reading starting with wikipedia until you understand how essential fatty acids are converted into long chain fatty acids by humans. Vegans need exactly the right fats so that they don't run deficiencies, and neither coconut nor olive oil provide these in ideal quantity. For the moment, make sure walnuts and flax seeds are part of your diet, until you complete your research in this area, and discover other sources of LA and ALA. Good luck!

  • No have to's, but it would be good to have a success story, just so people could trust you.
  • You must "walk the walk" if you "talk the talk". Preach what you say and live by it. Pretend you had money and you are about to hire a personal trainer to get the body you want, are you gonna choose the guys/girls that look athletic and healthy or the fat guy? Probably the athletic looking person, right? Why? Because you know he walks the walk, not just talk the talk.
  • I think its extra difficult to listen to advice from family members, she is taking what you are saying personally rather than being able to listen objectively like she would a doctor or a nutritionist. The more advice you give her the more it will just sound like nagging. You can't control what someone else chooses to do, you just have to give her the information to make her own choices. I would give her information on a healthy diet plan that will be easy to follow.Buy her this book (for example) and then leave her to make her own choices.http://www.amazon.com/dp/0452266394

How to Lose Weight Safely as a Diabetic

Recommended Answer:

Fruits, vegetables, and green tea. Right now I was craving something to eat like I always do at night, so I had some carrots and a cup of green tea.It kinda sucks when you depend on your parents for food and stuff because you can't choose what they cook. My dad knows I'm trying to get healthy yet he continually takes me out for fast food because it's easiest for him.

Does two or three day training splits actually work for muscle gain?

I mean if I do chest back shoulders on Saturday and on Sunday I do arms and legs I've read that body builders do one body part a day anyway so would that be good for the whole week and I do abs every other day?

How to Lose Weight Drinking Water

That pattern is used to let the muscles rest sufficiently after working out in a certain way that would require them to take a week or more to full heal. Most people don't do enough to take a week to heal and training a muscle once a week is just going to make it not grow. It needs to heal to grow. That's exactly what you are seeing, it grows because it healed. A bodybiulder will work it very hard and make it break down very much, so it takes a week to grow back. You can't just hang around and wait so you get a cycle going. While your chest is healing, you can work the back. While both of those are off limits, you can work your legs and after 3 days, you're chest is healed and you can have it again. There's a lot of conflicting thoughts on what pattern to use. Some guysDo all pulling and all pushing Some do growing, explosive, and toning in intervals. Some do chest and back. Some will separate chest and shoulders then arms and abs. You can mix it up any way you want, really. But the one thing sure to leave you with none of the results and all of the suffering is doing the same exact thing every day. Look on here how many people say "I've been doing 40 mins on the treadmill for 3 months and I haven't lost any more weight after the first month." The body is adaptable, that's the fact we are "abusing" in a way when we try to build muscle for vanity. If the first few cavemen got out of breath every single time they chased an antelope and lost 10 pounds a day doing so, they would never survive and they didn't! Working out tells your body that it needs to change to do something. It's only stipulation is that it will balance that request with the limits of efficiency. You can run longer and lift more everytime because your body is a lazy-butt. If it knows it has to run and lift weights, it will do it with as little effort and change as possible. You can do it any way you like but your responsibility as someone looking to change their body is to keep it guessing. It never gets worn out and it never stops growing. Training splits are the only way to get all of the gains and only a little of the pain.

Other Answers:

  • Yes, it helps. It allows the small tears in the muscles to repair. This is for muscle mass gain. If you work a muscle every day the muscle will be tighter and leaner but not as large.
