What foods to cut out of my diet?

I''m going on a diet and I need to lose weight really fast. I know, it may be a bit dangerous but I don''t really care.
How can I cut out all sodium and carbohydrates? Like, what foods can I eat and what foods can I not eat?

    DON''T eat any food for 3hours after u exercise 
    dont take cold showers after exercising tht will stop ur metabolism 
    eat a lot of vegetable and fruit before main food so u wont be hungry and u will eat less

  • The best way to lose weight is a goof balmced diet and more exercise realative to the amour of calories you eat. You stomach is naturally the size of you''re fist and no more food is needed of else ur stomach will stretch. Balanced diet means every food group cutting out food groups does NOT work! How do I lose weight fast in time for prom?

So prom is in less than a month now! It''s on April 20th. (Yes, 4/20 haha) and I REALLY want to lose some weight. It''s very last minute and I know I should''ve thought about this months ago but yeah... And I HATE my arms. They''re big and I just want them to look slim and skinny with my dress. PLEASE! I really need help. I know I can''t lose weight only on my arms unless I get surgery. Lol but I need something that''s just going to make me lose weight all around! Are there any drinks/diets/etc. that worked for you? Something! Nothing that''s too expensive because I''m broke due to prom expenses.
