How do I not get bored running ?

Hi I went running yesterday and I got bored very easily I want to start running to lose more weight I'm 190 and 13 years old I want to get 170 bye 2014 so my question is how do I do this . How do I not get bored while running ? How to get the motivation to run along time ? How do I lose these 20 pounds fast ? Thx so much please help !!:)

How do i get my dog to gain weight?

I have a 2 year old boxer who is incredibly high energy. she was at 47 lbs and quite lean. when my roommate brought home a puppy who had worms, my dog got them too. She is now worm free, and healthy, but at 40lbs. Too thin. I can see all her ribs and hip bones. She's been on puppy food for a month and not gaining anything. Recommended daily feeding is 3 cups, I feed her 6 plus peanut butter, plus an egg a day, plus 2 chicken breasts a week. The dog did a fecal test and came up with she's a typical high energy boxer. The problem is my next door neighbor has threatened to report me to animal control. I know with the vet record I'm covered, but I don't want to go through the hassle of dealing with that. Any suggestions? I

My puppy was the runt of her litter at 8wks and had a very hard time putting on weight. When I brought her home and introduced her to her new puppy food, slowly- she got diarrhea and was hard pressed to drink water. I took her to vets almost immediately and they gave me a special wet meat puppy food designed to help promote growth and development and put on weight- I would mix it with her regular dry puppy food once her stomach was used to it, and did that 3 times a day and did frequent weight checkups. Also high calorie treats like rollover or chicken breast are great! This is just my experience of course...

minimum walking time?

I am a complete begginer at working out although i move a lot and run around at my job (I'm an outdoor preschool teacher) and walk long distances to and from work but I wanted to walk for a workout just now (I was alternating between jogging and walking) and after i felt it was forever i looked and it was just for 4 minutes and 33 seconds and i was completely out of breath so i stopped. is 4:33 that ok? will it be of any benefit? not necessarily weight loss? i want to gradually increase the time maybe tomorrow 5 minutes or something i don't know- help?

The rule of thumb is 150 minutes a week. If you can't do that right now, that's ok. Make that a goal. Another rule of thumb is to only increase your minutes, each week, by less than 10%. some people think 5% is optimum. I think you must have meant that you jogged for 4 minutes and were out of breath. That's ok. Try just jogging for 1 minute and then walking for 2 to start off with. oh, and try jogging slower. I'm aslo a big advocate for the "couch to 5K" program. Google it. It might be just the thing for you.

What are some excersizes that build ab muscles and lose fat?

Im 15, and I would like to burn off some weight and build muscle. Im not one of those eating-disorder people, but I am conscious of my weight and I would like to be a bit thinner and weigh a bit less (Im 5''5 and I weigh 134 :/)

So please give me some excersizes and how to do tgem in my freetime!!
