How do I maintain my weight/figure?

I'm a junk food junkie. However I've cut that out and I've been eating clean and healthy for 80 % of the time (I'll sneak in small chocolates and the occasional homemade french fries and chicken fingers) however I managed to lose from 147 to 128. Now I'm trying to maintain that weight, I do not want to keep losing weight, in fact I'm going to the gym to GAIN weight.Would I gain all that weight back if I kept eating clean during the week and had occasional cheats throughout the weekend?

Try these basic tips for weight management and a healthy lifestyleafter your diet:1. How do u complete 2 masters degrees in 2 years?

I want to go to brenau and earn a masters degree in psychology and weight loss and graduate early. If I get both of those masters degrees and decide I want a bachelors degree in something else as well how could that be accomplished? If it takes you two years to get masters degree do you start off college doing the fields of your choice how does all this work? Don't say talk to a guidance counselor I already know that I just need some answers.

You obviously underestimate the difficulty of obtaining a masters degree. Graduate programs are incredibly competitive to get into, even for students with high GRE scores and GPA. It's impossible to finish two masters in two years because there are too many requirements. Also, there's no such thing as a masters in weight loss. Do you mean occupational therapy?

Other Answers:

  • they have a masters in weight loss?
  • There is no such thing as a Master's Degree in Weight Loss. You can certainly become a Psychologist who counsels people in weight loss, but you only need a Master's In Psychology or in Clinical Psychology. Also, if you were actually allowed to do a Double Major in Grad School (which most schools do not allow), you wouldn't have a double degree, you would only have one degree in two different subjects. For instance, M.Sci., Biology; PsychologyThe only Master's Degrees in Health Sciences that Brenau offers are:Biology (BS)Biomedical ConcentrationBiodiversity & Ecology ConcentrationHealth Science (BS)Pre-Physician's Assistant (BS)NursingUndergraduate nursing (BSN)RN to BSNGraduate Nursing (MSN)Occupational TherapyPsychology (MS)Clinical Counseling Psychology (MS)Applied Gerontology (MS)
  • You need a bachelors degree first before you can take a masters degree.Once you have your bachelors degree you can enroll in one masters programs at a time.
  • You do not. First of all, you cannot apply for a masters program without a bachelors degree, and in some fields it has to be a bachelors in the same field (that includes psychology). Second, you cannot enroll in more than one graduate program at a time. Third, masters programs take 2-3 years to complete. Fourth, there's no master in weight loss.

How much weight could I loose in one month?

I'm currently 16, 5'3 and 128 pounds. I'm at a healthy weight right now, but I noticed my legs, arms, and stomach could use a little toning and fat loss. I was never one for exercise and I basically sit around all day on the computer..I'm not very active. which could probably relate to why I need to loose a few pounds, If I cut out all sweets and just ate healthy food and exercised about 30-40 minutes a day on my treadmill would I see any results by next month? And would the results be noticeable.Should I exercise more than 30-40 minutes a day?

How to Lose Weight Naturally

Well, from this I can say a range of 0-4ish. For a more accurate range, you should also provide your diet. If you do that but still eat a lot, you're not going to lose any weight. If you eat healthier and do that, you could probably lose up to 5 pounds. Thing is, slow weight loss is the only weight loss. 5 pounds in a month is about 1 pound a week. That's a healthy weight loss goal for your workout plan. If you want to aim towards maybe 8 pounds a month, do a jog for 30 minutes, do your sit ups, and also some jump roping. Throw in a little weight lifting if you can. A full workout like this will definitely have more drastic effect than walking and situps. Also, if by situps you meant ab exercises in general then that's ok. DO NOT do only sit ups. That will not actually help you a lot. Do maybe 5 different exercises 2 sets each. Don't listen to these people saying anything over 5 pounds a week. I have tried many weight loss plans all with different results. These are pretty good estimates: (each weight loss estimate is MAXIMUM amount of weight you could lose)-The amount of exercise you're doing: 1 pound a week lost-Running instead of walking, ab exercises: 1.5 pounds a week-Running, jumproping, weightlifting, ab exercises: 2 pounds a week-Running, jump roping, weight lifting, ab exercises, some sports and add a healthy diet to it: 3-4 pounds a week.

  • Everyone's body is different. Most people it is around the 6 week mark that you really notice a difference.
  • In a month you can see little changes.
  • I'm done with my weight loss journey and completely happy with how I feel and how I look right now however losing weight is a challenge for anyone and even losing 5 pounds and keeping it off isn't an easy task. Also I bet you didn't know that 5 pounds of fat is about the size of 8 cheese burgers? That alone should be enough to make anyone want to get on the ball and start a change for the better. Weight loss can be really easy to learn but the problem is nobody wants to put the required effort that is needed to actually do it, instead people continually look for (easy) ways to do it. If there was an easy way to lose weight I don't think 35% of Americans would be obese. There was a time when I also wanted to lose weight and was tired of starting diets only to lose motivation and give up just a few weeks later after seeing no results. However, let me tell you it is literally one of the easiest things you will ever learn once you find a good and reputable place to learn it from and I say that only because the world is filled with magic diet pills, liquid flush diets and a thousand other quick fixes that promise xx pounds of weight loss in the first week and even though it is impossible they know you're going to do it because your desperate. I have probably tried every diet pill, liquid flush diet, and ab rocket machine known to man and have had no success with any of them nor do I know anyone that has ever had any success with them. I have also tried starving myself which works very well for the first few weeks' right before your metabolism comes to a complete stop and eating just the tiny bit makes you gain weight and you end up weighing more than you did before you started starving yourself. Companies promote weight loss to make money not to get people healthy again and that's because they know you're not going to be a customer and buy their products if you're no longer fat. http://fatloossfactor.com is a site I want you to go to when you have 10 or 20 minutes to spare and I want you to sit down and watch his video on weight loss. He helps people every day to lose weight I have never seen someone as committed as him and that will go so far out of his way to help someone. His weight loss program is one of the best I have ever had the enjoyment of doing and it is without doubt the best success I have ever had with any weight loss program. I also couldn't be happier with my body right now and I have never felt this wonderful in my whole life. In the end you just got to remember to stick with it and stay confident in yourself and in no time you can achieve the results you have always wanted. It's not hard to lose weight but most people have a hard time staying motivated and 9 times out of 10 it was because they weren't really committed from the beginning. Anyways I hope I helped you and I hope you make the commitment to change your body and life. Remember it's not easy to take the first step but you did, you're here right now taking it and the rest of the steps will fall into place. Have a wonderful day.

Well if I am honest I have to say you are definitely not my type. You are not someone I would want to date pshycally nor mentally. You seem really insecure and that is not a quality streak I look for. It just does not suit guys.I also fine that any man who is too romantic is off putting. My type of guys are slimmer, a bit fairer and with a personality which includes not caring whether girls want to date them or not. I do not like guys who become vexed when a girl does not want to date them.People will not be truthful here, they will have sympathy because they are not great looking themselves, but I am being honest to you, and as a girl I can say most girls would not want to date you because theres tons of other boys out there who can take care of a girl, who do not want to control us, who let us be free and who a feisty, which to me is a turn on.I am not saying your ugly, but to be truthful you are not attractive to me, even if you lose weight (which it seems you should as chubby does not suit guys) it would not make a difference to me. My boys have to be ones I am attracted to, some what slim, fairer and with some rough streaks or some personality which has roughness, we girls like that..I dislike guys who are sensitive, insecure and who got nothing better to do then come on Yahoo/Answers talking about their girl problems, how will they cope with a 1 on 1 boy fight? or if a girl took the piss out of him? is he going to start crying? I just cannot stand boys like that, but I must admit you are a tiny minority and am so glad there are not many guys like you out there. You can call me shallow but I have my preference, I like better looking guys and better personality guys. Boys who can put us in our place, boys who do not do what we tell them, boys who have a strong heart and macho traits, those are the boys I love, but right now have a lovely boyfriend, he might be few years younger then me but I fancy him dearly..I cannot think of making love to a guy who is chubby like that in your photo, its just not my type, and your facial features are not my type either.Am sorry to be blunt but honesty is best policy.

Other Answers:

  • You definitely aren't ugly I can tell you that! You have very nice features but if you think losing weight will help you gain confidence go for it. Just make sure to do it in a healthy way.
  • I would date you if you had an awesome personality (which includes being a nice human being, with confidence). Right now, you sound insecure, which is a turn off. The last guy I dated wasn't good looking at all and a dork, but he was confident and nice, and I really liked him.But you're wondering how to get attractive girls? First off, if you want chicks to look past the way you look, you should do the same for them. Though I don't really know if I count as "attractive" I've been told I am. You can be the judge (not the best picture, but all I have):http://s1091.photobucket.com/user/britts-NAY/media/meh/lala224_zps1e3c2820.jpg.html?sort=3&o=3So get some confidence (but don't get cocky) and stay nice, and the right girl will come. You can't let superficial stuff dictate you.
