just started my workout, i dont realli like the common workouts i prefer dance, plz advice me diet,vitamins,?

im a girl .. 27 age. unmaried.please tell me i have bellyfat. i wana loose 5-7 inchess.. i donno how long it wil take.. my target is maximum 2 months .. might go till 3 months .. but honeslty i wana speed up ... i can't delay 3 months. .. im trying to find a way to make it as maximum as 2 months ..... my current weight is 13 kgs above my target goal .im 5.1 in height .- and my weight is 57 .. (originally im usulay 53 kgs) but somehow i put up 4 kgs due to depression attacks .. nyhow.. . i need to go upto 45 as ideal ... i was 51 kgs just 3 months ago... but anyhow... its ok ... my belly is gone huge n ugly :( ... i realli need a boost reduction ... Today is my first day of workout : i am going to folow schedule as below : i just know .. that cardio will do this job for me. .. .running , zumba dancing , ,...and some exercies ... _____________________________________________________________________________________running 30 mins .. early morning ... empty stomachso i pulled of 15 mins ..today its my first day of joggin- after that - after 3 hours .. i started some routine workouts ( i did.. mountain climber, and pushups .. and leg raises .. .10 reps each .. ) but i really loose the grip .. and my head started to pain in a very short time. .. this is my first day ... im looking forward to atleast 30 mins of dance / zumba .. in the evening .. just to make my body tired.. and burn up more calories and at evening. by 7 pm ... i will be going out for shopping .. so i will be walking in the mall .... so that will be a fairly good walk ... for breakfast i had : .... an omellete , 2 slice of bread, glass of - carrot & orange - juice mix , half bowl of oatmeal in milkfor lunch : i donno yet .. but im sure im gona go for some meat and wheat bread. (cooked in asian way, with tomatoes n curry)for dinner : im gona drink a bowl of chicken soupi had tea after my 20 mins of workout that gave me headache at 1:10 its 3 pm .. my head is still aching .... so im just resting a bit ... my body is fine ... ... little body aches are fine... but .. the head.. n feeling weared off .... energy less .... its time for my lunch ... im just going to have... but this wearing off feeling always stays on me. .. and it realli pushes me off track ... i always try ... to workout and i usualy giveup after 3-4 days ... .. becuz by then all my morals and motivation just dies .cuz of my bodys weakness. .. - i am taking antibiotics ..for some skin issues. is it cuz of that? ... 3 days ago .. for 3-4 days i was taking regularly vitamin c and multiviatimin capsules .just to gvie my body a boostup before i start my workout routine... but i dont thinkso its working today is my periods 5th day .. is it cuz of that ? shud i take ... follic acid or iron tabs (which one ) and at same time ?? should i be taking so many multi vitamins and tabs .. im totaly lost... should i just take multivitamins , "centrum" it contains all .... of the required vitamins ,,, or shoudl i just take follic acid or iron tab... - should i be taking whey protein after post workout? .. or stick to regular food ... (meat, etc. ) many ppl say girls shouldn't take whey protein . as its starts adding on muscle weight.. im just targeting to loose belly fat, ,, at same time i feel very weak .. like .. i loose my grip after just 5 mins ... i realli feel weak ..@ shutupauface : i like your answer : you are rite .,, but i eat alot .... i am going for fruits and vegetables ...as middle snackers ... someting like a salad bowl .. i donno .advice me how to make one .. as i am allergic to lettuce ,,, so thats one huge big no.. cucumber, carrot, red beans , ? ... wat else ... shud i add. on ... i can't visit a nutritionist i got some issues ,, thats y i have to workout at home ,as u adviced .. i should just go for a 30 mins cardivascular run or jog ,, (even my athlete friend adviced me same thing ) .. and he said go for one sports in the evening .. be it a dance , or some table tennis .. anyting that keeps me moving .. .so ... apart from all that ... the energy loss always existed in me .. wether i eat a lot or not ... for fruits i go for mixed variety of a fruit salad, apples, orange, guava, banana, grapes, mixed in a bowl .. and im going for yogurt , i just forgot to mention that ... but those im planning to have as snack

Its really annoying. I don't like when people say being that skinny is gross or telling me im already to skinny ..im a bit obsessive. I weigh myself everyday and I don't think its any persons right to tell me how they feel my body should look... especially when they don't know me or care about me at all.. they only seem to care what I eat
