Weightloss ideas for fast results for a teen without using a dramatic diet?

I wanna get in shape for this years summer brake and basketball season.I''m 5''2 and I weight 137 I want to lose like 15lbs. I want to start running but I live in a bad place to go out for a run and i dont drive yet so i dont have access to a gym. And I''m a teen so I don''t wanna start a hardcore diet plan but I do try to watch what I eat. What are some good workout/weightloss ideas that will help me get motivated and give me the results i want fast. Thank you for the help.

Pick one exercise from each group and do them all back to back for a
mini circuit of 3 exercises. Do each exercise for a timed interval of
10 seconds for a total of 30 seconds per mini circuit.
As you get better at them work up to doing each exercise for 20
seconds for a total of 60 seconds per mini circuit.
Take 30-60 seconds rest between mini circuits.
For beginners do a total of 3 mini circuits to start. Working up to 4
or 5 as you get better at them.
Once you''re ready to move to the next level add a second mini circuit
by choose 3 different exercises (one from each grouping). Do your
second mini circuit with the same time of work to rest ratio as your
fist.
If you feel you are already at an advanced level you can add one or
two more mini circuits up to a total of 4 mini circuits. These 20

more that would work in this mini circuit style, you can incorporate

Will i lose weight if i lose 500 calories a day?

I''m 21 year old boy & i consume 900-1000 calories per day and burn 500 calories in two intervals first in the morning between 7-8 for 50 min(300 calories) and between 6-6:35 pm (200 calories).

i warm up for 5 min then i run at 10km/hr for a min and walk at 6km/hr for 2min, i do 8 intervals in the morning and 6 during night will i lose weight and fat or not?

Is 1200 calories too little of an amount for an active 14 year old?

To start off, I am not looking for sympathy just an answer. I am a active 14 year old who does track everyday after school, and weight training on the weekend, I am 5 feet and 3.25 inches exactly lol and about 106-107 lbs. Currently I have decreased my calorie intake so I could lose a bit of weight since I gained about 5 lbs after my sports season ended. I am starting to become concerned with myself, yet unsure whether or not I am eating too little? Also for some reason I am not even losing weight and every day my weight fluctuates between 110-105? I am really curious to what is going on, please help/answer if you can, thanks x

It would seem to me that you don't need extreme fat loss because you're already fairly lean. Also with your activity level, it's important to eat enough or light headedness, dizziness and fainting could occur.

  • Yes very low your body will go into starvation mode. Eat 1500 ! I guarantee you will lose more weight if you eat more
  • I would say at least 2000 calories per day and get your body weight up to about 125-130ish. Eat a lot of protein so you don't just gain pure fat
  • You need AT LEAST 2000 calories, girls are different, but still around 2000. If you are active you need 2000 at the least. Instead of cutting calories you can watch what you eat like fastfood, junkfood, etc.

How to lose weight in the face?

Well ive started back working out at the gym and im noticing some real improvements and but none in the face honestly, i dont have much of a chin so the extra flab just pokes out at times and i dont like it. I work out three times a week Monday Wendsday and Fridays and am continuing to do so but i didn't know if it just takes time or is there like a certain exercise that will increase the fat burn in my face. Any answer would be helpful and please no annoying ass answers. Thank you :)

    1. If what you are eating has less than 1 carb, count it as 1 carb just to be sure.

    2. Totally avoid caffine at least for the first two weeks on the program.

    3. Drink a MINIMUM of 8 glasses of plain water or seltzer daily.

    4. Don't weigh yourself more than once a week

    5. Take starting measurements as well as weight - sometimes you'll lose inches before pounds

    6. Avoid any type of "low carb" sweetener for the first two weeks

How long before I see improvement?

So I've been on birth control (FOR ACNE) and I've gained some weight, I have to be on it for 6-8 more months and I want to lose 10-15 pounds, here's my routine:
Monday and Wednesday - swimming for 1 hour
Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday & Saturday - walking for 1 hour and HIIT for 20-30 mins
Friday - rest
I eat pretty healthy with the exception of a little bit of sugar (like dark chocolate covered acai berries)
I'm 5'2, 115 pounds? (I'm not sure)

I just want to know when I'm going to see progress in losing weight and toning up, also is this an effective routine? Thanks so much!
