How can i lose weight?

Ill try i diet but i cant stick to it because its just not easy, i need to try something i can stick to, i really wanna lose weight but i get distracted and my family eats out a whole lot!

  • Forget the exercise. Just drink cabbage juice. Cabbage juice is really delicious once you get used to it. Did i screw up my weight loss?

So ive been counting calories for a few weeks now in a attempt to loose weight and have been doing fairly well. Although today i really screwed up. Its embarrassing and complicated to explain so lets just say it ended with me having eaten half a pizza and more than half a tub of ice cream. I am very ashamed about what i ate and will not be doing it again anytime soon. My question is will what ive eaten today affect my weight loss? I know ice cream has a TON of sugar which goes right to fat. Will i gain weight from today? If i get back on track tomorrow will everything be normal?
