How to GAIN a FEW lbs, and then maintain?

I probably need to gain at LEAST 5 lbs to be healthy. but I want to gain them in a healthy way. I'm still recovering from my eating disorder. After I gain, how can I maintain? Right now I just keep losing.

  • When I was obese, I just started going for walks around my neighborhood. I wasn''t in the physical condition necessary to do anything strenuous. As I lost weight, I started walking farther away from my house. I picked up my pace. Eventually I started using a treadmill so that I can up the intensity and speed of my walks. Then I started spinning and doing some strength training.

    My advice is don''t go hardcore at once. There''s no need. You can lose weight simply by dieting. Take it slow, but challenge yourself when it starts to get easy.
