My stomach would actually be completely flat but I have a big lower belly that's annoying and I want to get rid of it. Any diets or excerises I could do? I'm willing to do anything

What fast car can i purchase with a budget of $7000?

ok were I live all the racers have either mid 90s civic si's or integra gsr, with there vtec dohc engines, maybe a couple of mustang gt's. I wanna get something other than a si or gsr to beat these guys but I have researched and have no luck with my budget. stock eclipse gsx wont work celica gts either. So what car do you think I can get with 7000, obviously its gonna be a car in the 90s maybe early 2000s if im lucky, I can expect high mileage, used car. im talking about stock cars.
