Am I the reason I can't look good or is a little junk food okay?

I'm 6'4 and weigh 190 pounds so I'm technically not fat. I actually look good with clothes on. But I sort of have slightly stretched skin around my stomach area. Today I ran 3 miles, swam laps for twenty-five minutes, and then lifted for a bit. So given my exercise, and my height/weight, I could probably consume 2500 calories today and not even gain weight.So far I had oatmeal, Greek yogurt, grilled chicken and a lot of spinach.But a few minutes ago I had four shortbread cookies and I'm so mad at myself. I just get sugar cravings and feel tired until I get it and fruit is never enough.
