Pre-Teen weight loss?

Ugh. When I look down at myself, I just feel angry. But processed foods and fast food is just more convienent. Like microwaveable meals, you don't have to prepare them. You just microwae them. I'll be going into middle school in a few weeks, and I just feel worthless. Like all I'm doing is taking space. More space than needed. I really love being active, but the bike I borrowed my aunt lent me, and she needed it back so she could be more active. I just.... Need help. And need tips on how to lose weight. And excersize. :) thanks!!I'm 120lb, and I should be about 90lb.

I didn't give a sh*t about my body until I hit age 14, which is normal for the most part. Let your body grow and develop first before you try to lose weight. Hi, Im trying to get more "toned" (I guess that''s the right word) thighs. I''ve been looking ways to lose weight and help my legs become stronger. Each time I search for help, squats come up. So I''ve been doing squats (about 200 a day) for a week. Is this too little? Is squats an effective way to help tone thighs? Im not sure if putting my height or anything would help.. But just in case Im 5''4 , Im 14. I want/need better legs for Dance. Please help. Thank you!

If you are wanting to get stronger legs i would suggest doing more cardio. The best i find at least would be to run on a treadmill ( outside is even better) try to run on an incline that''s the best. As for squats 200 reps is a bit of an overkill i would say. if your not using weight you are not doing very much other then working on your form. If you are not able to go to a gym then it can be pretty difficult to work out your legs. In my opinion running would be your best guess if you cant go to a gym.

Im 5''7, and 123 lbs. Im 14, and im mostly fat. I have been a vegitarian for 4 months, to help weight loss, and i eat about 800 calories a day. I have a 1 hr 15 min dance class once a week, and i cheer for an hour or an hour and a half once a week, but thats not super fast paced:) on the weekends, i ride horses with my dad, but other than that, im kinda super lazy:( Anyway, at my height and weight, about how many calories do i burn on a day without excersise?
