Is running in the morning the gym at night overkill?

I'm trying to lose weight kinda gradually so I don't completely lose my boobs and end up with a bunch of floppy skin. I already eat 1440 calories a day, and I go to the gym every night, usually doing at least 30 mins of cardio then going to work on a few machines. I also have cheer practice two times a week for two hours right after school. Would it be overkill to jog for 30 mins/2 miles in the morning too?

How to Lose Weight Without Cardio

Be careful that you aren't doing too much cardio...excessive cardio can cause muscle tissue breakdown unless you are eating a lot of protein (and healthy calories overall) to help ensure your body has what it needs...If you are doing 30 mins of cardio every evening PLUS cheer practice for 2 hrs 2x a week, I'd say focus more on your strength training instead of adding even more cardio...the more muscle you have, the faster your metabolism...Don't forget, eating is key...if you aren't eating right, all that exercise won't give you the results you desire...eat clean...

Slow breathing and difficulty?

I've been having difficulty inhaling for the last several months. I will say i do smoke however these symptoms come and go. Few days breath fine, others i can't breath, my chest gets pressure and my head feels like its not getting circulation when I sit down only. It doesn't make sense. If i run I feel better temporarily. I used to be in shape, but have gained weight 20 pounds. It feels like pressure on my sternum, back of neck, hard to breath and head pressure. Sometimes I use an inhaler and it helps. I'm 36 and have adult onset asthma without wheezing after doing yard work too. I've had this issue once before many years ago but went away. I also have tried Xanax as my doctor said it could be anxiety but it doesn't help. Not sure what else to do. I'm not scared of most things but this truly scares me. I had a EKG a long while ago and also a allergy test with spirometer. Everything was fine but allergic to grass, but this happens even when I drive home or at office. Please help. I cough up chunks of clear rubbery stuff some days too. Sometimes I wonder if that is whats causing the breathing issues. God bless you for your help. I'm at a loss.

The recent popularity of the Garcinia Cambogia Extract supplement can be ascribed to Dr. Julie Chen, a well-known and well-respected specialist dealing in health and wellness. Dr. Chen's work with the Garcinia Cambogia Extract caught Dr. Oz's eye, specifically the findings on how safe Garcinia Cambogia Extract is.Dr. Chen's studies proved that those taking Garcinia Cambogia Extract lost two to three times more weight than those not taking the supplement. This equates to an average of ten pounds per month. What's even more amazing is that they did this without changing their dietary habits or exercise routines. In essence, Garcinia Cambogia Extract just made the people involved in the studies lose weight while doing nothing. This both intrigued and captured Dr. Oz's attention. If that didnt convince you, You can try this supplement free. http://garciniacambogiafree.com-if.us/
