how does it feel to lose weight? What I mean is, how do you know you're loosing it when you're doing something, like working on your yard, or jogging etc. I use to think sweating meant you were burning some calories, but I read sweating just dehydrates you.

ok i am about to get these diet pills from my doctor and start eating fish and veggies and fruits basically nothing that is grilled or fried everything baked( i was told that was the healthiest) if that wrong let me know about the grill fried and baked.. i also going to be hitting them gym 5 times a week and doing cardio and lifting weights and etc... how much could i loose up to in one month if i ate right and did not work out and ate right and did work out?
